Ink formulation
We calibrate between soft-hand discharge inks that dye the cotton fiber directly and high-opacity water-based emulsions for vibrant dark fabrics. Neither leaves a stiff plastic residue.

Screen preparation and setup costs distribute across your total units. Orders scale smoothly from 25 pieces up to 2,500 units with transparent unit price reductions at each tier threshold.
The strike-off guarantee
Before full press runs begin on orders exceeding 50 units, we print and courier a physical strike-off sample for team inspection. You examine ink cure, placement alignment, and tactile hand-feel on the exact blank specified.
